Facebook – Once per day but a minimum of three posts per week. Hubspot found that pages with under 10,000 fans experienced a 50% drop in engagement per post when posting more than once per day.
Twitter – Between 3 – 15 times per day. The lifespan of a tweet is only 15 minutes so you can getting away with tweeting often and not worry too much about spamming your followers.
Instagram – One to two posts per day. The general consesus is to post at least once per day but no more than 3 times per day.
Pinterest – Between 15 -25 pins per day. Tailwind’s Pinterest best practices state that this is the optimum amount of pins to get your content seen but avoid getting blocked for spamming.
LinkedIn – No more than once per business day, but a minimum of twice per week.
